My husband and I first went down to JTB on 23 Sep to purchase JR tickets and was attended to by Delia. She was wonderful in giving us her recommendations and was very knowledgeable. She was also very polite and professional and answered all our questions. Delia also kept in touch with us via email as we had some queries regarding USJ tickets. We came back two weeks later to purchase them and again, from Delia. Thank you Delia, for your top-notch service! You're a gem!
Previously Japanese staff was very helpful and patience to explain and advise the details that we need to know about the trip. I returned to this same outlet and was told that the previous staff went back to Japan and now all the staff are locals but that's not the main issue.. When I ask for some advise and details of the upcoming trip, I was told to look at the brochure and engage tour grp if still not sure as they do not know how to advise. When did JTB standard drop that much

No waiting time after we got a ticket at the machine. Very competent staff and of the few locations in Singapore where you can get the JR pass; there’s also plenty of brochures and even a souvenir shop; feel free to ask the staff anything about travelling in Japan, they will try their best to answer you

Just got back on 16th December from the tour to Hokaido Winter conducted by tour guide Ms. Toshie Yan.
We myself,wife and grandson were very impressed with the way she conducted the tour.
She is very meticulous , friendly ,helpful all throughout the tour.
This my second trip on a tour conducted by her will always look forward to joining any future tour which is conducted by her.
The overall tour package is very good, arrangements, hotel accommodation and food.
Bought the Setouchi Area Pass , after confirming our area of visits . Staff is very professional in explaining to us about the usage of the pass and even gave us good suggestion and insights on how to travel with ease in Japan . Kudos to all the staff !!
Staff are more interested to sell their packages. They are not here to help you travel in Japan. If you didn't buy anything from them, they will say ask your hotel.
